STRENGTH Program Guide

The STRENGTH Program consists of either live classroom-style workshops at your place of work, or on-demand self-paced online equivalents.

The STRENGTH program consists of a Program Guide and the accompanying User Guide. The Program Guide includes theoretical explanations and supportive information which will be of most interest to the “STRENGTH Champions” who have received additional training in STRENGTH Program implementation. For a complete understanding of the program and its theoretical roots, readers are referred to the Program Guide.

Regular participants in STRENGTH Program group meetings, and solo users of the STRENGTH Program will more likely opt to use the STRENGTH User Guide.
