The STRENGTH User Guide is a shortened, easy-to-use, version of the STRENGTH Program Guide. It gets to the point quickly with targeted action plans to get STRENGTH going in your workplace. This is geared toward both participants in STRENGTH group meetings and solo users of the STRENGTH Program. Think of the User Guide as a “QuickStart” guide that you can use as soon as you’ve finished basic STRENGTH training, either in your workplace, or online.
